We've basically been eliminated from the Supporter's Shield race with three fourths of the season left to play.
We're on pace for less than 30 points.
We show no signs of improvement.
But don't panic?
Well fine, I won't panic. Just don't keep telling me "we play for championships."
Clearly, we play for fourth place.
Fuck that and fuck you.

The Galaxy is not an organization that will accept being a perennial bottom dweller.
The organization seems to be accepting it now. Just pathetic.

I can only hope he's waiting for a decent coach to accept the position. The rational side of me says that he's waiting for things to turn around on their own.what is Lalas waiting for?
...ooooh ooooooooh we are the riot squad...

my problem is why is he still waiting for things to turn around. he should fire this muppet and in the meantime get one of the assistants to run the team. nothing is turning around. this team has been very mediocre (at best) for the last year. the Open Cup and Championship are just a facade to cover the real shitty football. he took a 1st place team that looked happy together to a team that is probably in the lowest point of its existence. to me he should have been fired the day after Lalas came in. if Lalas is gunshy, fire his ass too. he cant just sit and wait for things to turn around.

Does Alexi have the power to fire Sampson...his job title says he does, but I'm not sure his actual position in the company does. We shall see. I can't imagine that AL likes and appreciates Sampson, their entire past history together tells me that AL can't stand him as a coach. So there are only a few explanations possible as to why AL has not fired Sampson:
1) The time is not right (no suitable replacement).
2) An agreement has already been made with a coach, and he is waiting for the right time to announce it.
3) He does not make the decision, he only acts as a spokesperson.
4) He's waiting for Sampson to hang himself (which in my opinion, he has already done.)

With another shut out loss on Saturday, the G's will surpass the club record for consecutive losses and the all-time MLS record for consecutive scoreless minutes.

After last night, we're still there, and sucking more than before!

whwn Lalas mentioned in front of the crowd that he was excited to experience his first "super classico" in person next week and keep the streak alive against Chivas, I yelled out, "What? The scoreless streak?!?" That got a good laugh.
God we suck.
