LA v. NY

The Bright Side
Old guys are rested - David and Robbie had mysterious 'injuries' prior to the game on carpet and didn't travel (what a surprise)
NY is injured - Henry is out with an injured hamstring; Juan Agudelo is recovering from knee surgery
The Mexican thug is suspended - Marquez is still out for breaking what's his name's collarbone
Their asshole Englishman got kicked out of the country (Luke Rogers)
They have a young backline that will have to contend with Beckham, Robbie Keane, Landon Donovan and Edson Buddle
The Dark Side
NY's only healthy striker is Kenny Cooper, who is third in the league with seven goals
The Galaxy don't seem to know how to play as a team - communication is crap
Keane missed a PK - definitely a blow to an already fragile mindset - and he's the team's top scorer
Galaxy's defense is crap - no answers appear in sight
Sarvas kicked someone's dog again
I predict this will be an ugly game with neither team really doing much. LA gets a lucky goal for a 1-0 win.
On the bright side, I will be there and hope to be drunk.

If Dax starts, I think we have a decent chance to move the ball from our midfield to one of our forwards.

Has it ever been confirmed if this was also why Dunivant didn't make the trip? I'm left with the impression that, even as far as the Gs are concerned, he's not a big-name Eurodude, so who gives a fuck why he didn't play Wednesday? The Galaxy lost. They look bad. Defense is still in disarray. The offense can't produce goals.

I certainly "give a fuck." Especially when you consider the option behind him is Brian Gaul...Has it ever been confirmed if this was also why Dunivant didn't make the trip? Perhaps he was "rested" for the marquee match on Saturday.

National Anthem by Alfonso Ribeiro
Actor, director, host, and singer Alfonso Ribeiro is perhaps best known for his role of "Carlton" on Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Ribeiro is currently working as a director on TBS' Are We There Yet? and Disney's Shake It Up.
