A small plea for help RE: LARS DRUMS

I think it's been a great success and a testament to the LARS ethos.
Unfortunately, they are literally falling apart. This is ETZ last night with a shredded drumhead:
In the past, Christian and myself have footed the bill for all things percussion: the drums, the heads, the mallets, the transport... and even though we're out hundreds of dollars each, it was a pleasure for us because we knew it added to the Squad.
Now I'm an older bastard and this season has seen some younger, more energetic LARSers step up to replace us... it's time we update the hardware.
So here's what I'm asking: can you help us get new drums that will last another 5 years?
I know the economy is tough, but look at that picture above and think to yourself, "I WANT to see Eddie The Zombie release the Kraken on the skins!"
$10 here, $20 there will make the difference.
Thanks in advance to all those that can help.
Cheers,
Tommy Mack

So where does one send money? Many years ago when we brought drums to LARS, we did it with a very strategic vision of how to use them effectively by LIMITING their use to only help the chants/songs. This was in stark contrast to other supporter groups that just tended to drum all the damn time for no reason.

Being a part-time drum basher, I'm well aware of the current decrepit state of the drums first hand...

Thank you Red for your donation. Please people we need you to step up in your own way by donating anything you can. I know times are tough with the economy, so your donations will not be taken for granted. I will set up something with Tommy and Skinner to see if all the people who donate can get a lil somethin' somethin'.
