Could KCs road to the finals be any easier?

Not one road game and quarters and semis against lower division teams

Well, they have one road game.  But it is against a lower div team.

Have to take a trip down sarf in order for us to have a chance at hosting.

Sigh.

More annoying we have to wait a week to find out the date and location that we'll be playing at. I might book a hotel in both cities for right now.

How is Sacramento's attendance?  I would imagine they are going to get quite a crowd for the biggest game in their history.

Could be worse, at least we could still host the final, and at least KC has to go to Sacramento first.

And we're been pretty damn good on the road this year... up to the last 2 games.

Orlando hasn't had a single road game yet and if they beat Nashville they host us and if they beat us and Sacramento beats KC they wouldn't have a single road game all tournament.

Would have loved 2 more home games
We are pretty good either way and I look forward to sac republic at home for the final

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

Pretty good. Occasionally sell out 11,500 seats.

At one point they were seeking an MLS franchise.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

They were granted a MLS franchise before their ownership situation imploded.

We got a pretty shit draw unfortunately. It will be tough against Orlando/Nashville without Edwards on the road. Then more than likely KC on the road again. Uphill battle here, but not impossible,

Here's an idea: Why not institute a two legged final like they do for the Canadian Championship as that seems more fair and sensible for a non neutral site final? At this point both legs would get at least close to full crowds so you get two big gates instead of one so it also makes financial sense.

Let's Go Buffalo!!!
