We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Free beer for NJ residents if they get vaxed. Hopefully you are all vaxed by now, but just in case not, there is free beer waiting for you.

Mets, Yankees are planning on opening up vaccinated sections with no distancing requirements (masks still mandatory)

https://www.google.c...nated-fans/amp/

I'm ok with this approach, but can already predict that 47% of these sections will be filled by fans wearing masks as chin diapers.

Additionally, both clubs are now offering vaccinations at the stadium, with a free ticket to every person who opts to get one:

Trudeau says vaccinated Americans might be allowed in mid-August and of course the RBNY game in Montreal is Aug 14th.  Will probably just miss the cutoff.  Every year I say I'm going to make that trip, and for some reason or another, I never do.

Not enough time to plan, even if permitted. Plus, my wife just checked her passport, & it expired last year!

You need to do it. You won't regret it.

For traveling by plane to Canada an agreement should be reached allowing enhanced ID to be valid for travel by plane until the passport backlog is cleared.
Let's Go Buffalo!!!

My baseless opinion is that the reported cases and death toll in every country is much larger than reported.

There have been 14 million tests.

With nyc doing this I wonder if NJ will follow suit, maybe not to this extent but I could see if for RBA and other stadiums, arenas and concert venues...

If Lollapalooza can do it for 400,000, then
RBA should be able to do it for 4,000 ...
