ha.

Only ticket rep that I dealt with for the past decade and a half and was responsive and picked up the phone was Sherwin. Everyone else would not receive a passing grade.

RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig and Celenio Eleazar.

RIP Cesar Castello, Mike Vallo, Glenn Stampiglia, Bob Paquette, and Warren Lee

TIX REPS????????

When I call the RB soccer number I get the usual suspects and for the most part they're alright.

My guy is good about getting back to me and is generally helpful. His name is Michael Mondello.

Why do you say that.

Because, they never give me the correct information, always are weird about getting back to answer questions or concerns I have.

Mine is fantastic. Responsive via email, willing to work his magic without keeping me on the phone, professional, always happy to help.

I've dealt with Chris and Jessica a few times and they were great, always cheery helpful and quick to return calls. Before that I think they guys name was Ross or Rob, he was very good too!

Don't think I've had one rep actually assigned to me. I just call the number and whomever answers, handles my transaction.

"Obviously, I want to make a living (in soccer), to say the least," he said. "There's so much you can accomplish in the soccer world, and right now I'm focused on having a good season with the Red Bulls. Ultimately, our goal is to win the MLS Cup, and I see no reason why we can't." - #4 Tyler Adams

My rep has actually been a bit too helpful, he's called half a dozen times asking if I'm going to buy tickets when I've told him each time that I have to pick out games later on in the season

I'm a former season ticket holder. I got calls every year at the start of the season. Sometimes I've gotten partial plans and sometimes not. Last year I got a partial plan. This year I did not receive my normal phone call nor my normal email. In all the busyness of life, I didn't get any plan this year mostly because the season crept up on me. The last spam email I got from RB that didn't concern the All-Star game or Dispatch was (I just looked it up) Jan. 27th. May they could've taken the time to send an email out to their email list sometime in Feb. and March??
Soy de Metro.
