They've dropped Kljestan back and moved Felipe forward today. Would be nice to drop Kljestan back and have Quintero in front of him......

He slower than most and looks for fouls more than he looks to hold possession.
He would not do well on a team that is all about pressing and speed.
If someone is looking to Colombia for talent look at Andres Ibargüen and Jeison Lucumi. They're style would fit NYRB much better than Quintero.
I'd rather have Andres Ibargüen a million times more... IE his clutch goal last night when they were down 0-2 in aggregate and his team made it 2-2 then wenr back down 2-3 in aggregate and he scores a volley from more than 18 out! In a final no less...
For guys to do stuff like this https://youtu.be/_6x7GeC1VX8 in playoffs and finals
That's what metro need...

porto allegedly asking 10M euro for Quintero. Transfermkt has him at 3.5M.
Negotations allegedy well underway.
Curious - anyone know how roughly accurate these are?
Just find the right fit and pay the $$$$ please.

A good team tries to get better by signing a quality player? What a concept!

Twellman says Juan Quintero to Chicago ?
How could they fit him and why
they're prob gonna dump several players who make north of 200k. Solignac, Juninho (700k) and another guy.
RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig, Celenio Eleazar, and my Mom, Resurreccion Eleazar.
RIP Cesar Castello, Mike Vallo, Glenn Stampiglia, Bob Paquette, and Warren Lee

It baffles me how some teams are able to squeeze so many bloated signings with DPs. Is Juninho really worth 700k? Seems like a lot at CM along with Dax.
