Sunday is a bad night to have sporting events run late since everyone has to wind down and prepare for the grind of the work week. This game should should start at 3 or 4pm west coast time, not 7pm.

Timing does suck... Should be a good night of TV though. Walking dead at 9 and then right into the Red Bulls game at 10. Just hope they play well.

The Walking Dead at 9, Metros game at 10, sleepy time at midnight. Perfect.

Judging from Petke's comments on Bover being a work in progress, I think he starts again. Unless there is an injury that nobody knows of I believe we see the exact same lineup out there against San Jose.

Also think it's a matter of time until Liyundula signs. And I believe he'd be similar to Espindola but instead stays more on the right side of the field and essentially takes Bover's position.
A shame too because Obekop shows some things to like. Doubt they could sign both.

Why is this game at 10pm? Are ESPN and MLS trying to get the lowest ratings possible?

Not to mention that Sunday is when we "spring ahead" (daylight saving time), so we lose an hour of sleep. 10 PM Sunday is going to feel like 11 PM.

i think they sign obekop, i don't think he'd be asking for too much $$$ nor would Rafinha.
RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig, Celenio Eleazar, and my Mom, Resurreccion Eleazar.
RIP Cesar Castello, Mike Vallo, Glenn Stampiglia, Bob Paquette, and Warren Lee

Nor should they be. These guys are really nobody's. They are in no position to negotiate for a substantial salary.
As for the lineup I think Petke is gonna stick with the same guys.

Yeah, I don't know what's MLS fascination of scheduling games so late on Sundays. I think it's ESPN's fault of riddling it down to this. Not the best time especially when the other opponent is EST. This wouldn't be too bad I guess if it weren't San Jose, but Chivas. The stadium is crap too. Smells like a 1-1.

Summer time! It will feel like 11PM game. Another reason to excuse the poor second half "performance".

I'd like to see a healthy Sam on the right, but my guess is we won't.

I'm excited to see how our defense handles San Jose. It's a good test of our new "strength" and "fight" mantra from Petke.
