One of the most frustrating games in my Metro history.

Frustration, thy name is Metro!

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

A mistake in that ATL playoff game was not putting the best 11 players on the field. Adams or Murillo should've been moved to Taxis spot, adding RZA in the middle. Without taxi they played so scared and soft. One of the most frustrating games in my Metro history.

Great point.  Adams would have totally covered for Taxi and we already saw RZA perform decently in middle with Davis against ATL in the regular season.

Yeah in hindsight Adams could have slotted in at right back (a position he was at least somewhat familiar with), with Murillo moving to LB.  But, "That's so metro", so here we are.

Both Muyl and Tyler have played wingback in a 3-3-3-1 under Marsch. 2017 Minnesota away is an example.

RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig and Celenio Eleazar.

RIP Cesar Castello, Mike Vallo, Glenn Stampiglia, Bob Paquette, and Warren Lee

At least they both came back negative. With this roster we really can't afford to lose anyone...

I wonder who that 1 remaining player is that's awaiting another test result. May be a race against the clock to see if they're eligible tomorrow night.

I had no excitement for this upcoming season back in late February, to be honest. I think on paper this team is below average. We don't have a real, deadly goal scorer, our defense is suspect, and have a hard hard time (for a while) controlling the midfield.

But for tomorrow, I can't lie and say i'm not interested in Metro getting back on the field.

Fuck Atlanta.

The tweet says both players cleared so we are all good to go for tomorrow night.

Duh, I read the initial tweet and disregarded the updated tweet. My bad.

Adams was most Taxi-like player on the roster in all the ways that made him crucial to shutting down ATL. I'd like to think Marsch would've done better with the starting XI, but I didn't call him the Marschbot for nothing.
