RBL will face Dortmund in the DFB Cup final.
Gio Reyna brace started a 5-0 rout of Kiel.
Fortunately for RBL, Josh Sargent missed for Bremen.
We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Will Nagelsmann win RBLs first major trophy?

RBL plays Dortmund in the league soon, too. Lots of Adams vs Reyna opportunities. I think Gio manhandled Tyler a bit last time they played. He's big.

Won 1 of final 5 in Bundesliga.
Crushed 4-1 in Pokal final.
Still, finished 2nd & busy selling players.

He is not their coach yet. They finished the year under Nagelsmann.

Tyler Adams is hurt and I think that answers all your questions.
In all seriousness, I just don't think they had much of anything to play for. They basically had second place locked up by April.

It looked like they gave up once Bayern won the league and they were comfortably in second.TG for that, then.
Did the team just give up under lame duck coach?
Some tinkering with the lineups and their forwards were not performing well at all...sounds familiar.

My dream of one of our local boys playing for Liverpool gets closer and closer to reality. Clear path.

Yeah, I've followed him, but I don't think he's ever going to be a first team guy
