I don't want to read too much into this, but look at the Dax press release:

"We thank Dax for his service to the club," said Red Bulls Head Coach Jesse Marsch. "He will go down as one of the best players and captains in franchise history. At this point in time, we felt that this was the right move to put our team in the best position to succeed both now and for years to come."

This is the first time EVER that Marsch, not Curtis, has been quoted in a press release. Couple that with his mysterious absence...

Maybe they just don't want Ali to break the news of shedding another legend.

You've read between the lines and are officially qualified to tweet rumors.

Edit: I just looked at Royer, Damari, Collin, and Sam moves and confirm that Ali spoke about all. It is definitely not normal for the coach to speak out. Hmm.

What if Curtis went to Salzburg instead of Marsch?

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

He has spoken on EVERY SINGLE transaction... up to last week's draft.

Actually a great point. Didn't notice Curtis not giving the comment.

Don't mind Curtis going much at all. Marsch was the important one.  Maybe some type of power struggle.

Lalas said at the draft that there were things going on at Red Bull. Sounded like changes at the top.

And if there's one person who'd know a think or two about Red Bull reshuffling management...

Is there any in this rout with authority to treat with me? Or indeed with wit to understand me?

What's the rumor then?  First I hear of this.  He is going to Europe?

Enough with the turnover, or threats of turnover. Keep Curtis, keep the plan going. Achieve something- for once- before changing things.

Correct. I don't hate Curtus despite how much I dislike what he did to Petke.
