NYCFC brought coronovirus to RBA:
Sounds about right.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.
I exchanged emails with the new soccer writer for Newsday (Long Island hometown paper), a guy by the name of Ryan Gerbosi. I was shocked that Newsday even had a soccer article that was not on hs soccer or off the AP wire (that's how they covered the World Cup).
Anyway, Ryan seems like a sincere soccer fan who is trying to promote soccer on this hostile platform. Naturally, he is covering NYCFC as they are much closer to LI. I suppose the Yankees may have had something to do with the coverage, or it could just be the start of the apocalypse.

Just watched our first game at YS on ESPN2.
Could have been 3-0 in the first half.
Could have been 1-5 RB at the end.
Awesome goals by BWP & Duvall, crusher by Miazga.
Great to watch Petke @ HT say it is not a rivalry.
Close-up of Marco at the end. Anyone know how he is?
Marco seems to recovering well. He has been posting more frequently on facebook about non-health issues and he even went back to work as a respiratory therapist. I don't know about any long term issues etc...but all indications are that he's doing well.
Marco seems to (be) recovering well.

I guess they not planning on the Smurfs or Yankees to be playing games at home this season: https://www.travelan...mid=34062915779
They can move to Hartford, where they belong.

It has been 201 days since the Smurfs last scored a goal. That has to be close to the longest chronological drought in MLS history. They were the only team to fail to score in the two games played this season.

PBFC announced they're using our training facility because they can't train in New York due to virus restrictions.
Welcome back to New Jersey!
we are WAY too nice to them.

I suspect our hand is forced by the league
We also have a GM who has shown he'll do anything for a pat on the head from the ownership for making a couple extra bucks.
If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.
