Didn't know whether to put this in the schedule thread or offseason thread, but here's our first preseason announcement.

We'll be competing against Phoenix, Columbus, Houston, RSL, and SKC from February 15-22.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

So by Feb 15, we will at least know that there'll be players called in for the preseason roster, and that there'll be 30+ players on the trip to AZ.

Also, reading this tweet is infuriating:

After winning for the last 5 years, BWP will not be defending the Brian Kelly Memorial Preseason Scoring Trophy. I wonder who will win it this year.

Has there been any word on preseason games being streamed or on  regular tv?

Definitely not on TV, but the tournament usually has free online streams. Other friendlies are sometimes on YouTube, sometimes no coverage.

Because we know our team will never announce it, we have to rely on Twitter.  Sounds like we'll be playing Atlanta in late January/early February when the team is down in Florida.

Brain Kelly might be able to come back and win it this year.

The Red Bulls will face Atlanta United on Friday, January 24, University of South Florida on Tuesday, January 28, and D.C. United on Saturday, February 1.

No trialists on the preseason roster, just all draft picks + Zajec + Boateng.

Man, random trialists that were just player's friends and stuff were always fun.

ATL schedule say IMG in Bradenton, FL.
Location for other 2?

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Just an awful job by the front office... Getting guys in earlier helps with the transition so much. Just getting them in under the wire of the start of the season results in slow starts
