14m Report came out this morning linking Jason Pendant with #RBNY

MLS2020_RBNY.png

. Per source, hearing that Pendant has been in talks with the MLS club. My understanding is that things are moving forward but nothing has been signed yet.

If Dyer is reporting it, it's legit.  And if they like Tolkin at CM, then it's a smart move.  Really wish we could get an impact player though....

Our last League 2 defender import was surprisingly competent.

God bless Damien Perrinelle, he was so damn slow he had to take a record number of yellows for professional fouls to break up counter attacks, but he made it work.

All of this is true, but in a league where every CB plays like a football linebacker, it was mesmerizing watching some of the passes he would complete.

I thought Perinnelle was ok. Hope this works out with Pendant.

Apparently his contract was terminated by Sochaux-Montbéliard, so I guess this would cost no fee?

sounds like his contract was almost over, so they let him out of his contract. how much would he be asking for, since there'd be no fee?

Sounds good on bribing him in. Good to have 2 legit LB
Duncan is pretty good and this guy has similar but better stats than him whenhecamd here.

Tolkien is on the Adams CCJ trajectory. Mostly play NYRB2 and then next year he slots into CCJ spot when he goes to Europe

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

I guess it wasnt actually terminated, but either way the fee shouldnt be too much for someone out of contract in the summer.
