Go to the Ocean City Coffee Company, best coffee I've ever had.

For me, coffee is a sedative!

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Yeah I agree. USOC sucks. We're never going to win, and even if we win no one cares. Never going to be like the FA Cup. I hope some minor league team wins it, I'd watch that final.

Everyone enjoys a David vs. Goliath moment. Since we don't have pro/rel this tournament is all some teams have to get on the big stage. That is the value in the tournament.

Not only that, but the value is getting some guys who don't get a lot of minutes, more minutes.  Hopefully Marsch doesn't waste his time playing our absolute best team like he usually does. All it ends up doing is losing and hurting confidence.  Introduce all the top guys if we actually get far enough.

These games, the friendlies, and the CCL games are great to get different guys minutes in a mix with our top guys.  Players like Etienne, Veron, Gulbrandsen, they'll start and play all game.  That only helps for the regular season.

Knock it off, guys. The US Open Cup is a major award.

I think you gotta mix in some starters though. If you play just all development/end-of-bench guys, how is that different than an RB2 game?

The history and the meaning alone make this Cup something each fan should get behind. Calling it a waste is laughable and only helps the USSF to continue skirting the fact that this Cup is severely underfunded.

Dallas almost made a solid claim to why lifting the Cup is a big deal, CCL berth is no joke as is the prestige that comes along with winning it.

Seattle has won MLSCup, the Supporters Shield and have won the US Open Cup 4 times. Only DC (13) and the Galaxy (12), have won more trophies. The Sounders are tied with Chicago and Sporting KC with 6 trophies.

RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig, Celenio Eleazar, and my Mom, Resurreccion Eleazar.

RIP Cesar Castello, Mike Vallo, Glenn Stampiglia, Bob Paquette, and Warren Lee

The US Open Cup is a major award.

The Supporters Shield is equally downplayed.

I want the USOC to be taken serious, but the lineup + number of people in the stands + never on TV = it's not serious.

NJ Motown Celtics (who?) ... Morristown

Just saw this article:

Motown lost to Rochester 3-0 this evening.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Reading plays the Cosmos. I would not be shocked if Reading won as the Cosmos aren't any good at all (in fact NASL at this point isn't very good to be honest).

Reading 3-2!
Szetela scored.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.
