Much like Anatole Abang before him, he doesn't exist on the Internet. Must be another find of the wonderful seventh division Cameroonian club, Rainbow Bemenda FC!

I have started following Rainbow Sports Investments on Facebook. You know who likes a lot of their posts? Hassan Ndam. I think our relationships with Rainbow and Damani Ralph will eventually comprise the majority of our club.

Rainbow Sports investments is an integrated sports group with investments spanning the entire sports value chain. It consists of Sports Franchise Ownership, Sports Management and Marketing, Consulting, Sports Content, and Sports Finance.

"Sports value chain." Nice.

Sounds like global alignment with Red Bull's vision.

Sources: Red Bull trialist Ndam gone, but he will be back in 2016

Ndam will rejoin the Red Bulls this winter as he has been asked by the staff to be a part of their preseason preparations for the 2016 Major League Soccer season

HARRISON, N.J. (January 31, 2017) – The New York Red Bulls have completed the transfer of Cameroonian center back Hassan Ndam from Rainbow FC Bamenda in Cameroon, pending receipt of his International Transfer Certificate, the club announced today.

“We are pleased to add Hassan,” said Red Bulls head coach Jesse Marsch. “He has great physical attributes and a good sense of the game. He is young, but we think he shows promise.”

Ndam, 18, has been a regular with Cameroon at youth international levels, featuring in a starting role through U-17 residency cycles. He is currently a member of the Cameroon U-20 National Team pool. The U-20s are currently participating in the U-20 African Cup of Nations, which serves as qualification for next summer’s U-20 World Cup in South Korea.

Hah, quiet time at work and I have a bunch of tabs up.  If I see news I try to throw it here the moment I see it.

As for the the centerback, hard to find much on him...  He's only 18 so have to figure that he's going to start next to Schmoll with NYRB 2.

6'4, 195 as an 18-year old?  Beast.

Not expecting anything from him this year, but hopefully he can develop at USL level and be a contributor in a year or two.

Ya, hopefully.

Cameroon is mostly a french speaking country so should help big time with guys like Collin and Perinelle. Even Sacha speaks french.  Hopefully they tell the kid to camp out near them as much as possible before he's fully with NYRB 2.
