Chris Christie calls a former Navy Seal an "idiot" for disagreeing with him about plans to merge Rutgers-Camden with Rowan.

That's pretty typical behavior from the worst governor in the nation.

Remember when he said the press should "take out the bat" on 73-year-old grandmother Loretta Weinberg? Or when he accused schoolteachers of using children as "drug mules" for encouraging their parents to vote?

Or there's the way he used state helicopters to fly him to his son's baseball games. Or there's the time he decided to stay on vacation during last winter's massive storm crisis. Or there's the way he lost NJ $300 million in federal educational aid, because he didn't want to appear "weak" for making a deal with the NJEA. Or there's the way he screwed up by scrapping the much needed new train tunnel between NJ and NYC (and just ask anybody who commutes to Manhattan to understand how much it is needed.)

Chris Christie is nothing more than an incompetent bully.

Lol... Worst governor in the nation?
Incompetent?

Say I debated this with you... would I be wasting my time or is there any chance of changing your mind? I say waste of time. Agree to disagree?

I love Christie, he's awesome.

He's a prick.

Thanks for the link. Is there any way to get a non chopped up, unedited version of this.

I can't pass judgement on a situation when I see only a small sliver.

Thanks.

The New York Red Bulls previously kicked around Major League Soccer as the MetroStars with limited success. But after transforming under a new banner in 2005, the Red Bulls have become a force to be reckoned with in the Eastern Conference. The club has made leaps of progress since its previous incarnation and now has its focus on bringing the league title to New York. "Taking a bat......" was a comment to the press to unleash on her in the press, not actually beat up an old lady. I am objective, and regardless of his intent, that is not nice, and is a completely innappropriate comment. Boo on Chris.

State helicopter that he paid for out of his pocket to his son's baseball game? I love it, I bet a lot of kids out there wished that their fathers cared that much to make it to their games.

The average state employee's pension when they retire works out to $35,000/year. It's not a lot, but it does prevent them from having to live off cans of cat food when they are 75 years old....

I think you have some valid points in your position on this topic.

When you make the leap that state employee's pensions prevent them from not having to eat cat food......that's a leap that unwarrented. I'm sure there are very many state workers who would be offended that without their full pension, they'd only be capable of eating cat food.

When you post things like that, it just hurts your credibility.

Not trying to attack you at all, but keeping focus on your points makes your side of the debate stronger.

I can't seem to find any other footage other than that 40-second clip.
