Says RBNY took number 1 out of 67 overall. High end stadium, low ticket prices, good home record.

Completely missed that. Imagine if we were filling the stadium, we'd be in the negative numbers.
We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Actually, the more full the stadium, the worse the experience. Concessions and parking go completely to shit when we come close to filling the place

Yep. If I'm bringing friends to RBA for the first time I try to pick a game that will be more than the Mother's Day crowd, but not close to a sellout.

I see the new parking garage being built right outside the stadium, but wonder how many, if any, spaces wil be available on game days, if residents of the new apartments & condos can rent them on a monthly basis. They certainly won't want to have soccer fans filling up the garage 20+ times annually.
Also, I don't find anything particularly enjoyable about the DC, Chester or Bronx game day experiences, besides the comaraderie of my felow traveling fans.

but Lot A and B are now basically gone, and getting in and out of parking garages after games is a nightmare.

I agree with you. I was just noting that the new garage under construction may not help much, either.
