Could have had Marquez' spot but he opted for one more season at the top level. Not unanticipated but it hinges on moving Marquez to the back line. He plays a little deep for me but he can also push up and even score occasionally. I'll take him, skills, a name, and don't have to commit for many years.

A Tchani-Vieira midfield pairing would be imposing...

saw him playing the the city blowout recently, he doesn't look old in his movements, he's got a year or two left , Tchani and other mids could learn a few things from him.

It seems Philly fans have signed up on metrofanatic to vote for themselves (in 'What team do you hate more?') . No real fan of this team would vote anything other than DC.

No thanks. Don't need any one year players, especially a mid summer add.

if he comes for Youri first year money (100k-200k) then the team seriously has to consider it. but i doubt he'll come for that little.

Rafa will miss an ass load of time this year with mexico.

its not a simple yes or no answer IMO. Several factors involved that could sway my opinion either direction

5 year plan

<_<

So you're cool with giving old assVierra a DP on a flyer based on some spot minutes with City, but not Angel who is a proven producer.

Vierra would have been awesome 3-4 years ago, same with Henry for that matter. At this point they are both just has- been euro stars that haven't shown shit in our league.
