I get that Struber likes that he plays with his feet. But there was a point in last night's game when we were under pressure and needed a breather... and he quickly played with his feet as opposed to slowing it down.

I sort of thought he had a chance to snag that low cross that eventually wound up being poorly cleared by Long and became a goal.  Any thoughts on that?

He doesn't seem to rule the box like Robles used to do ... but I guess he needs time to figure out chemistry and IDENTITY.

He didnt really have a shot to grab it... the defense looked soooooo crappy, slow and confused there.

Couldn't do much to save any of the goals we've given up so far. Hasn't made any top class saves, maybe just one against KC.

Not a total calamity back there (which is a relief considering some of the goal keeping in the league) but too early to say what he'll bring to our team.

One of the most underrated qualities of a keeper, and the  most difficult to evaluate, is keeping the defense organized.    Watch him in the build up... just casually watching the guy with the ball,  minimal if any apparent attention to runners or defensive positioning.   Robles would have been shouting and pointing non-stop from the moment the ball crossed into his third, if not his half.

Had some shaky decisions passing out of the back against TFC. Jury is still out on his distribution.

At one point in the first half of the Toronto game- on a goal kick, neallis went over to coronel and told him to stop kicking those stupid ass short goal kicks and just kick it long. I was sitting behind the goal and kept yelling at the back 5 for the 5-10 mins before that to stop fucking around with the ball so close to goal...I'd like to think my enthusiastic words helped change the course of the game.

I ... kept yelling at the back 5

Of course they did ...

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.
