Okay. So Luke has it and I emailed it to every email I could get a hold of using old political contacts and Google. Also faxed it to the embassy. Thanks again guys for spreading the word to get Luke back. Was definitely a group effort...nice to see the board used for good...lol Fingers crossed!
Nice effort on your part for getting this petition done!

You're beautifulWell petition is reopened and am now dedicating a little more time to the project since it was successful on the basis of petitioning alone. I created a website..(just a quick WordPress I slapped together) so when I start the letter writing , phone calling and other outreach programs there is a site people and officials can go to vet the information. Its more strategic than an actual website of use. we use to use them in political campaigns all the time...have private citizens (not the elected official or candidate that is running for whatever office yet wants the subject or cause pushed via proxy)) form "committees" to give the cause a sense of validity and sound more comprehensive and grandiose than it really was. Plus it will be used as a hub to help coordinate any of the campaigns and officials that should be contacted with their contact information. Again, who knows if this will help or not but it sure cant hurt. The site is up and in its infancy here Americans for Luke Rodgers Here's to trying!

Okay The Site is updated with The Contact information of the key House members I think can do the most about this if they decide to look upon us in all their congressional glory....Go http://americansforlukerodgers.com/ and click on Congressional Action...I listed all their Numbers, Mailing address and Fax numbers. Even links right to their email forms. To make life even easier I have a Sample Letter you can use and tweak to your hearts desire. Well, get on that. By the way if you can Fax them that is really helpful..I remember us always looking at the faxes. Dont forget to use the tool on the site to get your congressman or Senator info as well. Also Chuck Schumer, the Senator from NY is the Chair of the subcommittee...I posted all his contact info...even his FB and Twitter...soooo how about we ask him to do something about Luke? Call him our first step to push this along? They tend to listen more to their own constituents. He has a ton of aides and the issues he gets the most of an the aides will make him aware of. More updates will come
nice job!
maybe folks from NJ contact Robert Menendez and NY folks contact Chuck Schumer. they would care more if your their constituent.
but don't forget to contact your house members. Also be nice when you call or email.
