Omir has been very insistent.

Inconsistent, too.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Mines looked and played like he hit the gym in the offseason. Maybe thats the difference.

Absolutely. I half-kidding said last year that he needs to take roids, take a 6mo suspension or skipping college to go pro would have been for nothing. While I highly doubt he was taking HGH, he certainly put on a bit of muscle. Oddly enough, he is one of several players that played better with the MLS team than the USL team.

So we're in September, right? Our wonderful new signings must be ready!

Just waiting on the first to pull a hamstring.  New training methods and new setting seems to result in that a lot.

Tetteh should be able to walk into the lineup because he has to be better than Barlow and knows the system.  Yearwood we can take it a bit longer I think and make sure he's fully integrated.

When did the arrive?
Last wed or 2 wed ago 8/19?

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

I thought i heard they wouldnt be available until "Phase 2" or whatever they are calling the next round of games. Or maybe that was that just an estimate?

I don't even know who'll be in the starting XI for this game. I'll make the assumption that the GK and backline will be:

-Pendant Tarek Long Duncan

----------------Meara

RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig, Celenio Eleazar, and my Mom, Resurreccion Eleazar.

RIP Cesar Castello, Mike Vallo, Glenn Stampiglia, Bob Paquette, and Warren Lee

this is parody, lunacy or relativity.

Armas on #RBNY

's 10-match unbeaten run v. #DCU: "I won’t talk about streaks.. it just doesn’t matter. We’re always resetting. We know that Olsen is a good coach, a winner. They’re more than capable. It’s always tight. We have a lot of respect for them. It keeps us on our toes.”

I really hope Olsen does just enough to keep the job.

Maybe start Jorgey on Wednesday, and bring Tetteh off the bench? Keep Barlow as 3d striker and send White to RB II, where his skill set is most suited. Just hope Jorgey doesn't end up in RB II again before we at least get a decent look.

Great that Tetteh and Yearwood are available! Hopefully they can get a few minutes tomorrow. But that might be wishful thinking.

Even with our current squad, we should beat DC at home.

Think MSG can get some audio of DC specific chants for this game?  :D

If anyone would play DC chants it would be Steve and Shep!!!!!

Yes start Jorgey.  I really think BWhite has lingering ankle /fitness issues.

----------------Jorgensen-

Royer--------Omir-------Stroud       subs Kaku - Mines

-------------Davis------ Valot

subs  CCJ   RZA  or maybe start CCJ as someone is going to the bench if Yearwood is what we think he is. Give CCJ time to continue to work it out

Pendant / Duncan    Tarek Long   subs  Duncan /Egbo
