We are usually awful in Chicago but we need a win big time.

Thank goodness. That color commentator was brutal tonight.

I'll be there in person which means I won't have to listen to UniMas.  We could lose 10-0 and I'd still be happy to miss that.

Frankly, since I am merely a fan and a not a fancy American soccer writer, I'm going to congratulate Wright-Phillips on a well hit goal. If I was an American soccer writer, I'd claim that the recently retired Henry was wearing an invisibility cloak and carried the ball into the net for the obviously unskilled Wright-Phillips.

Davis on yellow card suspension which means Myul with perhaps Ettienne getting more then 5 minutes if Keita is not 90 fit

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

What's the status on Royer?

According to Dyer he was jogging with a sleeve on his leg this week and will start training this week.

I'd assume Keita would have to have a handful of sub appearances before going the full 90.  Both to avoid re-injury as well as to stretch his lungs.  But even when he becomes 90 minute fit we aren't going to see the returns on him until next year.  It has taken practically every single player from Europe about 6 months to show returns.  Henry, Cahill, BWP, Royer, the list goes on and on.

There aren't a lot of sure things in MLS but the 6 month rule for European players and the sophomore slump for players coming out of college are about as sure as they get.

Give Keita a half. Then bring on either Etienne or Veron, then Royer.

Keita needs some time to develop synergy with Kljestan and BWP.

I'd be surprised if they expect him to start this season, I think with Royer back Marsch has the lineup he wants going forward with...

---------BWP------------

Royer--Kljestan---Davis

---------Felipe------------

Lawrence-Long-Escobar-Murillo-Adams

With Veron, Keita, Muyl as attacking bench options.

Agree this is the first choice line up going forward.
If Collin is healthy it's an enexpected bonus.
