So if you have some of the merch from 2020, just picture it with red and black trim, not black with red trim and there you have it. And yes, I'll be mos def buying some of that shit, right quick. 3/4 zip, sleeveless training top, w/e, etc.

Man, MLS kits are so boring. A friend got me a 2021 RBL Adams jersey and that think is a beauty. Wish RB would just say f$&k you to Adidas and went with its own design

Current deal with adidas lasts through 2024. Unfortunately, with the single entity structure and this current deal being worth $700M, it will likely continue past that.

Supposed average of $117 Million per year.
How much does each club actually get annually?
Especially with MLS FO taking a (probably big) cut?

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

So the Adidas condivo 16 training jersey? I had a few printed with that Metro logo back in 2018 but the place butchered the screen print oy.

What are there now, 28 teams? That's a shade over $4 million per team annually, which seems kind of insufficient for Adidas to retain their uncreative monopoly on the league's aesthetic.

The Forbes article claims that the previous deal was $25M annually, closer to $1M per team.
It also claims that the estimated $117M per year was larger then all the MLS TV deals combined, and even more than the NHL deal.
I assume that MLS FO took a chunk of both deals.
Is it better to have single-entity MLS negotiate a new deal for the entire league, or let each club negotiate its own deal? Are MLS payouts equal to each team? Or based on sales by each?

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

It's convoluted, much like most of MLS.
