There's zero chance I'll be able to dig up the quote, but I could have sworn Henry once talked to one of the NY beat writers about how he has a hard time explaining his thoughts and techniques to players, he has to just get out there and show them. Rumors about his time at Monaco were that this was exactly what went down. He'd struggle to communicate his ideas, freak out at the players for not getting it, then just run out on the training pitch himself.

I love the guy, but he's never struck me as a manager.

Well its not like Armas is a great communicator...

Does Thierry still have his NYC home?

He could slip into RBA and watch the matches from under the tarps.
Frankly, since I am merely a fan and a not a fancy American soccer writer, I'm going to congratulate Wright-Phillips on a well hit goal. If I was an American soccer writer, I'd claim that the recently retired Henry was wearing an invisibility cloak and carried the ball into the net for the obviously unskilled Wright-Phillips.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

out of likes but LIKE

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.
