100% agreed.

My only argument was that I don't see him coming in and replacing Pendant as the starter for the MLS team with limited professional minutes and looking at just his time with the U20s. Anyone who follows our academy would want him here and the starter in 2022.

He took a similar path to Duncan by playing with the reserves, rejecting a deal (Duncan with NYRBII, Gloster as HGP) to try their luck overseas. Didn't pan out but absolutely worthy of a contract here.

he has 1400 minutes in the second division in Holland much more pro experience than Duncan not on pendant level but he is much greater prospect than pendant who never rose about Ligue 2 despite playing 5000 minutes there. Part of the reason gloster is being dropped is because non eu players have to be paid a premium and PSV found other options at leftback

Gloster called in for the US U-23 squad along with Duncan. Maybe Duncan can do some recruiting!!

At the USMNT training camp:

"Kyle! It's been a long time!"

"Yeah, Chris it has! Hey, can I talk to you about something?"

"Is it about you still earning less than $100k with RBNY and that I should come back and take an entry-level salary instead of sticking it out in Europe? Cuz I've reached out to Kemar Lawrence...and ummm...he gave his 2 cents about it."

"Oh...ummm...never mind, Chris. Ummm...Go USA, right?!?!"

RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig, Celenio Eleazar, and my Mom, Resurreccion Eleazar.

RIP Cesar Castello, Mike Vallo, Glenn Stampiglia, Bob Paquette, and Warren Lee

Rules have changed since Brexit but I doubt it.

Which has made egbo a more valuable player.

I would mind selling egbo to a British squad and sign Gloster to replace him.

I think this is not correct. I believe it is harder EU->UK, but easier for US/Mex/SA->UK, relative to pre Brexit.

My understanding is the same as yours, except that it is an even more notable change for young players with lots of youth caps. They count now.

nope he has to get 15 points he doesnt qualify you get those with national team caps and playing in a band 2 or 1 league. The YNT caps help only if he was close he is not close

I don't mean incorrect in terms Gloster specifically, just that it is in fact easier for US players to play in UK now than before Brexit.
