Also if anyone wants a laugh, ATL was the only team to be shut out this week.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

DC had 2nd best home record on MLS in 2018.
They played the first half on the road without Rooney.

At least as significant as playing the first half without Rooney was playing the first half with whoever they had in goal.  They gave up almost 2 goals per game last year before Hamid took over.  Their scoring was pretty much even before Rooney and after, the difference was the team with Hamid only allowed something like 13 goals in 15 games.  (I'm sure Rooney had something to do with that, they played much better as a team with him in there.)

The weird schedule massively skewed their home/away splits and meant Rooney did not have to deal at all with what basically every Euro player coming here midseason struggles with, that is, travel between coasts etc.

It will be interesting to see how their season shakes out with a more normal distribution of games.   So far so good for them I guess.

Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.

Small sample size.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

BoyCity 0-0 Scum.
2 dropped points each.

ATL concede late, 1-1 v. Cincy.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

I made it through 10-15 seconds, threw up in my garbage can, then turned it off.

Hopefully Atlanta Fire Department is on high alert. Im sure there will be more jersey burning after another home draw to an inferior opponent.

It has been rumored that Chicago Fire will move to Soldier Field in 2020 (link), which I am in favour of, as it will empower Chicago to become the next Portland, by being located in Chicago proper, making it easier for fans to get to the stadium. It has also been rumored that Chicago Fire will legally change their name to Chicago City Football Club, which I am against, just as I was against seeing the Seattle M.L.S. franchise calling itself Seattle Republic/Seattle Alliance.

DC and Philly's recent struggles continue last night. DC surrendered a stoppage time equalizer to Chicago. Philly dropped points at home to league-worst Colorado.

DC now winless in their past 4.

Philly picked up 1 of a possible 9 points in their 3 game home stand.

Philly and DC have been sucking lately. The East is ours for the taking. Not sure about another SS though, especially since lafc will not have to go without Vela.

Gotta shoot for our guys to get as close to the East #1 seed and hope that LAFC asses out before MLS Cup final.

SS already seems like a pipe dream this year. DC and Philly are not legit threats. I think the East comes down to us and Atlanta again.
