Anyone who is friends with ed, Jaime or Issac is not a ringer. What is the Ringer policy? Who isn't a Ringer?

I think policy should be if there is no participation in LARS, or LARS pickup matches, they're a ringer. In the original 562 cup both teams were made up of people who actually played in the weekly pickup games. I'm not sure how to define the ringer policy.

Simple enough.I think policy should be if there is no participation in LARS, or LARS pickup matches, they're a ringer.
Although there's a little bit of the honor system involved as far as the captain's of ther respective teams adding someone to the roster who plays in the "weekly pickup."
That can't be verified, since not everyone travels around to all the pickup matches.
Although I've played with VSFU, S&P, and B&G, so I'll be watching to see which team's abide by the LARS "Honor system"....
B&G FO LIFE!

Define participation. Current? Past? Sporadic? Boards only?

I think current, past and even sporadic would qualify.Define participation. Current? Past? Sporadic? Boards only?
No one would know what a "Boards only" person looks like so that wouldn't work...

This.
VSU has a few guys that play each and every sunday but they don't really 'participate' beyond that. IMO, guys like that should be eligible.
The only problem I see ringers is Jameseys team and VSU, I know B&G and S&P will have legite LARS teams
As for Ed's impression of VSU being ringers...
