I wouldn't be so sure about this. Adidas came out with a few new styles, well that aren't in MLS because they came out after the season started.

Well, I'm pretty sure about it. Any new shirts than are coming out in MLS this season are because it's a new club (Toronto), there was a logo/color change (Colorado), or there were changes last season too late to make custom shirts (Houston, RBNY).

In other leagues, some big clubs change shirts every season now (RMCF, Milan, etc) but it's only because they can move shirts so fast anyhow and gouge the fans a bit.

We're stuck with ours (sans maybe a sponsor ont he front) till next offseason. Hopefully (since they are already in the planning stages) we can dig up the 08-09 styles sometime this year.

shit, what's up with that hoodie? i haven't seen that for sale anywhere. clean as hell.

as for jerseys:
05 puma clean sweep in all three categories

the only one i consider coming close is the 98 home. just for the sake of nostalgia and i used to love the popped collar sported on the rare occasion by a euro soccer fan before it went frat boy.

now that i think of that kind of shit, it's funny how nowadays people who rock sambas aren't necessarily into soccer. used to be a dead give away.

The 2007 jerseys are up on the Chicago Fire website, here. Looks the same to me with the exception of the pregame jersey.

WOW.
I've been buying Adidas for years.
But good lord have they made some shitty MLS jerseys!
They all look awful.
Who would have thought that Kansas City of all teams would have the most decent of jerseys.

Used to be? As in when? Even in the early-mid 90s when I was in junior high and high school, it seemed like everyone was wearing sambas...

Its interesting how a number of those pregame jerseys (Colorado, TFC, KC) look a lot like the 2002 Nike jersey template...

Home
1) 2000 Nike (Own it.)
2) 2005 Puma (can anyone find anywhere that still sells these?)
3) 2006 Adidas (Own it.)

Away
1)2005 Puma
2)1999 Nike
3)2000 Nike

Third (Notice the pattern?)
1) 1999 Sting ('84 Champs 15th Anniversary)
2) 2001 Sting ('81 Champs 20th Anniversary)
3) 2006 Sting ('81 Champs 25th Anniversary)

The only away jersey I own is the current Adidas in long sleeve form. It was simply the first year I had the money to splurge and I was afraid of some crappy sponsor on the shirt rather than "Chicago".

MLS doesn't sell those anymore.  The only places I've seen for the '05 kits are in the UK and they aren't cheap.

Of course, I'm still looking for a flag kit and those are impossible to find right now.  I'm happy with my '05 home, though.

Incidentally, I thought they (whoever they may be) did a pretty good job differentiating the Toronto strip from ours. Used a different, more orangy red and nice use of the grey as a secondary color. Whether by accident or design, good job.
