Yep, had to take him out to protect him.

Just goes to show how much the rivalry game meant to him.

2nd half was 1-way traffic for LAFC.

The New York Red Bulls previously kicked around Major League Soccer as the MetroStars with limited success. But after transforming under a new banner in 2005, the Red Bulls have become a force to be reckoned with in the Eastern Conference. The club has made leaps of progress since its previous incarnation and now has its focus on bringing the league title to New York. El Traffico is absolutely wild

For those who missed it:

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

It was a fun game.

First time Ive ever seen Zlatan when his heart wasnt 100% in it, in my life. Sad. Hes still theist talented player in the league but his will to kill people is waning.

Last week after the game, he applying the post game interview because he was really tired during the 2nd half. That means hes mailing it in, in training.

I watched the game. LAFC didnt play their A team, no Vela, etc.

LAFC has like 85% possession and got hit on 2 counter attacks.

MN packed it in with 10 guys deep in the final third, clogging things up. Lee Nguyen couldnt break them down.

LAFC thought they could win while rotating, failed.
77% possession, but MN had 4 SOGs, of 5 shots.
LA had 811 passes. Is that a record?
23 shots, 8 SOGs, 0 goals. No style points.
Bunker & Counter works. TSM.

It works maybe 15% or the time.

Definitely, not something Id ever want to see RB do.

If I were Brighten playing Man City, sure. But this is MLS.

MN announcing team is the best in MLS, IMO.

Wish Minnesota could have pulled off this road upset a few days earlier in Atlanta.

nycfc first in the east after getting a PK with basically no time left in the game to win the game. Absolutely horrendous.

Was like 10 yellows in this game too and new England got a red card 8 mins into the game.

While the best result from divisional rivals is a draw, NE dropping all 3 points helps us.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Toronto picks up a point at Yankee Stadium tonight, moving them 1 point ahead of us with 1 extra game played. Toronto is stringing together some results, having not lost since we defeated them 2-0 at RBA on 8/3.
