Scarlet Tinari Kutler are currently contracted to RB2.

Lombard's injured.

How many guys with the team currently could end up on RB2? White? Aguinaga Stroud Devera Barlow? That's a lot of attackers, not much balance.

RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig, Celenio Eleazar, and my Mom, Resurreccion Eleazar.

RIP Cesar Castello, Mike Vallo, Glenn Stampiglia, Bob Paquette, and Warren Lee

Kutler-Ndam/Politz-Scarlett-de Vera
Tinari-Valot
White-Casseres
Bonomo-Mines

Bench: New GK, Ndam/Politz, Lombard, Echevarria, Barlow, Stroud, Aguinaga, some academy call-ups, a few trialists

Figuring Moreno and Bezecourt make first team 18.

You don't think there's a chance that Casseres ends up on the first team?

Seems like he took Keita's int'l slot

For sure, but needs a few minutes with the USL team before cracking the 18 and then eventually the starting 11.
Reminds me of Ruben Bover, Marius Obekop with a higher ceiling.

Marius Obekop now plays in, no lie, Moldova.

Ah, Obekop. Always occupies the title of that other Cameroonian from the fake club in my mind.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

Twitter account for NYRBII posted a picture with most players faces covered up. Friedlander asked for a roster and received a response of "Friday".

Obviously, will see a lot of new faces this season. Interested to see what academy (current or former) kids are brought in.

Prediction: Metzger hat trick as PFC knocks Metro out of US Open Cup.

Joke

The New York Red Bulls previously kicked around Major League Soccer as the MetroStars with limited success. But after transforming under a new banner in 2005, the Red Bulls have become a force to be reckoned with in the Eastern Conference. The club has made leaps of progress since its previous incarnation and now has its focus on bringing the league title to New York. That club name is immediately in the Top 5 of awful active American soccer team names.  You can't name your team after a state when you're a minor league team and one of 4 professional teams in that state.  Plus it's got that marketing firm PR re-brand feel to it.  Just terrible.

William Penn SC would have been way cooler if they were insistent on the "Penn" bit.  Or Penn Capital SC.  Almost anything else, really.

The logo was wack, but I really liked the City Islanders name, given the team played on...City Island. Which itself is kind of a cool site, given that it's an island in the middle of the Susquehanna River attached to downtown Harrisburg by a walking bridge.

Should have simply been Harrisburg City, with Islanders as their nickname.
Or, perhaps the Sinkholes. IIRC, when we drove out for the USOC debacle in 2012, there were detours in Harrisburg due to sinkholes. Still a problem, apparently.

New city motto?
Harrisburg: actual sinkholes, not just abysses for your tax dollars!

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.
