The payment of the stipend/dividend was always delayed. In 2005 and 2006 the payments were delayed by several months.

In 2007 and 2008 we had a new deal that would pay us every two months during the season. So our first check should have been June first, and include these games:

04/03 - Thursday New England Revolution
04/20 - Sunday Kansas City Wizards
04/26 - Saturday Colorado Rapids
May
05/17 - Saturday Houston Dynamo
05/21 - Wednesday Wisla Krakow

We had conversations with them after June first and were told that the money was coming.

something similar happened at Russian club few years back. ultras group retaliated by throwing flares at each minute of the match. club paid the next day and were fined by the federation :)

not that i suggest this of course wouldn't work here

Of course this wouldn't work here. It's the off season.

I think we all know how big of assholes the FO can be. For some reason this doesn't surprise me at all, I say we walk into the FO and challenge them to a battle royal!! Winner takes all...

Because we haven't heard back, we're writing a formal complaint to be filed.

goddamnit.

it isn't hard. signed contract. verbal agreement. work performed. monies owed. PAY. No one wants the hassel, but we'll go to it if we are forced to. And now we are forced to. Lame. Especially when the FO say they want to resolve the situation amicably.

It was the Thanksgiving holiday so let's just have a little more patience. Busy two weeks for me too.
