Western should be 4PM Pacific.
We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Let's go Yankees! Because I'm a Yankees fan and because I would find great humor in this.
One more Yankees win needed to lock in Citi Field for the Eastern Conference semifinal.

It looks like a rain out took care of that

And apparently the protective foul ball netting will be up during the game. You love to see it.It looks like a rain out took care of that

Presumably you meant a series win in the ALCS.
NYY down 2-1 in games, might not make the WS.

I almost answered ivo in the same way.
The only way that boy city would open up the playoffs at Yankee Stadium would be if the Astros won the series in 5 games ending on Thursday, any other possibility (i.e. ALCS goes back to Houston or Yankees go on to win,) would have meant Yankee Stadium wasn't available.
Before Wednesday's rainout, there was still a chance the Astros would win in 5 and the stadium would be available for the smurfs, but they've announced they will play round 2 of MLS playoffs in queens.
This is fine with me, I'd rather not be put in the position of rooting for a DC team at this time of year.
Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.

Check out that fun chart. A 6- or 7-game ALCS series, regardless of the winner, would've guaranteed Yankee stadium was off limits for NYCFC for the game vs the 4/5 seed. The rainout has accomplished that even if the series wraps up in 5 games now.

Galaxy wins @ MN. El Tráfico playoff game this Thursday.
That is immense pressure on LAFC. Im sure they didnt want to see that result. They have to get the monkey off their back and finally beat LAG in order to keep their historic season alive.
