While they are at it, I wish they would also abolish the whole two-legged-aggregate-score rule, and just play one game at a neutral site. I don't see it happening within my lifetime though.

Logistically difficult.

I'm sure they can figure out the logistics, but fewer games equals less money, so it's not happening.

While they are reforming--
They should do a better job of tournament seeding.
In the WWC 2019, France and the USA should not have met in the quarterfinals.
