The existence of video highlights... or the actions on the video?Interestingly, MLS have removed a video of the incident from youtube. I hear they are "shitting themselves" over it.

I'm now hearing rumblings of a possible MLS disciplinary meeting. Hopefully for a slap on the wrist.
I imagine Kevin Payne is going pompously ballistic as we speak.

Where was Blanco's god-damned bodyguard to keep Temoc from being harrassed by puny, pasty DC FO schmucks? Did Monterrey screw up once again, only this time, it's the owner (Temoc's bodyguard), not some low level stooge?

Hopefully Ben Olsen's ankle hurts too.

included both punching and eye-gouging D.C. midfielder Clyde Simms, Blanco also allegedly head-butted a D.C. United operations employee

We don't have to: it already happened. 2007, CDCUSA-LA. Becks hacks Marsch, Marsch hacks Becks. Becks flies, gets right back up (amazing, for he had that bad ankle), runs into Marsch's face, pressing noses, and Marsch gets the yellow card. He also apologizes to Becks later on. Beckham's penalty: nothing.imagine if it was becks
Then there is this one from earlier this year where Beckham gets absolutely hacked by Dallas, gets up, chases after the player, takes a few swings. Result: nothing. Red card for the other guy, of course. So yeah, as far as Prima Donas go, Blanco is being treated differently. He isn't allowed to retaliate against any infractions suffered by either him or his teammates, and his teammates better not defend him, either.

As for the alleged head-butt, while I suspect that it was the sort of head-butt that happens when two people have a heated argument toe-to-toe, anyone dumb enough to get into the face of a player who has just been ejected for fighting deserves the ol' Glasgow kiss.
We'll see Tommy Soehn and his cast of whiny little bitches next month, and at a real football ground, not some cockamamie "soccerplex" in Nowheresville, State of Whogivesadamn.
Then we'll see what Marc Bitch is really made of.
His mama makes a mean omelet.
