As if anyone would believe the RB BS.
"All he could do was win the Supporters Shield & beat D.C. In the playoffs. Curtis had to let him go, because Marsch is going to win USOC & MLS Cups!"
Not to go down this hole again, but if Petke was the coach a lot of people think he was how is he not back in MLS yet?
What if the reason he was let go was because after talking with the players, no one had anything positive to say about him? Dax and others publicly questioned the coaching decisions after the Leg 1 of the NE series. For all the passion and heart that Petke brought, you never saw the players bond with him the way have with Marsch. Or what if Curtis talked with Petke and Mike's understanding of tactics was seriously lacking?
Not saying Petke should or should not have been fired. On results alone, he obviously not have been. But maybe more went into the decision than just Curtis being a stupid jackass. Maybe there's a sliver of a chance the decision to fire Petke was made based on feedback Curtis got from the team and Petke himself.
