This is the first time 117 and 118 have been designated as one SRO/GA section officially, I believe. And still $200.

Upper deck is $99, but it's also only for 15 games. No playoffs/USOC/SuperLiga/etc. And it's probably only for a small number of tickets. It may get the people looking only for cheap seats out of Section 8 however.

It's tempting to buy some of those upper deck seats.

If there are folks still talking about a 'section 80', buying a block of those would be a great move.

Hey Arsonists......that's 6.66 a game, just sayin.

I do think this is a good opportunity for some more 'casual' type supporters groups to set up shop in the upper deck and spread some active support around the stadium. Not to mention the center three sections up there are the absolute best seats in the place. Putting a "section 80" up that way would be a good move indeed.

'you guys'.

So how many VIP ducats are you getting? 12? I'm guessing 12.

Furthermore, isn't it a very real possibility we could play more than 20 games at home in 09?

Hmmm. Kicking me out of the Section, eh????? Knowing I am a sucker for cheap sweet deals, eh?????
Not sure if I want to bvuy the season package for 117/118, and hope the Section gets it cut on the ticket sales, or.... save 1/2 the money, sit in the shade.... and use the rest for Red Stars.... Liam is right. The vantage point and fact that hey are covered does make them in some respects the best seats in the house.
Look, at least it might not be a bad idea for investment. If the Gals get hot, if the crowds do come to see Temoc in his last year, those $6.66/match tickets could turn out to be a small gold mine. The profit gained could at least cover parking, I think... or 2 beers.

you really shouldn't sit ;)

furthermore, it's not a true season ticket. so you'd be missing out on some of the action.

Well, if enough of us want to do it, now may be the best time. Section 80, anyone? First row of the middle sections of the Terrace? I'm in. Let's get at least 20 folks willing to sit in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in 117/118. We can hang our banners, keep a watchful eye, and do the chants/cheers in unison with the Section.... SPREAD THE LOVE!! C'mon... who's with me?? SECTION80!!!UNITED WE SIT!!!

Wow! Looks like the F.O. is finally doing right by you guys.

118 was SRO/GA this past year. Both sections were supposed to be already for a year now. There's a good deal more previously agreed to they need to meet before they can be considered 'doing right' by anyone, much less fulfilling one agreement that was to be in place for several seasons already.

The vantage point and fact that hey are covered does make them in some respects the best seats in the house.

Not 'in some respects'. They are the best. They probably should be the club seat sections.

What's our special super incentive for tickets this year?

Some "great" freindlies? A "cool" scarf? More "Thusday night" games?
you can't give the cow away and expect the last person to buy it back for you
