5-0 win without Adams staring? (4-0 when he came on In the 60th I believe).

I get very nervous about results like this with our yanks abroad.

I mean Leipzig is just really good and Mainz blows (relegation zone). I wouldnt read much into any correlation between Adams being on the bench.

Ive heard that excuse before.

Before a yank gets relegated to the bench.

Wasn't in the starting XI but a late injury to Kampl sees Adams start at RB.

Leipzig have a chance to go 2nd if they win.

Did not watch, but heard Adams played poorly.
Yet another draw leaves RBL in the dust.

Was involved in RB's second goal. Not a standout game but not terrible by any means.

RB gave up a red card and a penalty, hard to win when you do that.

I linked the highlights ...
10 or 11 players touched the ball between Tyler and when the opposing keeper threw it into his own goal.

Not his best game but played at rb and it's clearly apparent that's not his best spot. Don't know why he couldn't directly replace Kampl in the middle of the park.

From a different perspective, he helped steal the ball for the opportunity that RB created.

The attacking run and cross in the immediately preceding attack was a good one as well.

RBL got a gift and then gave it back 2x with 2 yellows and PK foul while player moving away from goal!

No wonder the Sporting Director and others were so pissed with a bad run of form in Feb.  Bayern as so strong you can't have any let downs and RBL now have had 2 let downs - Feb and now in the return they have 1 win and 2 ties.

For Adams - maybe next year he replaces someone in the middle or they sell one of those players (like Kampl who is 29).  I think it is a factor that Tyler is so good that they want him on the field even at his 2nd best position.   Tyler is obviously a Bundesliga top 5 team Right Back but he is no Alphonso Davies at that outside back.

For me Tyler is clearly better at CDM. (Matt Doyle higher upside at outside back mantra be damned ;-)

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

They also have to consider which position will be safer for him while he makes a full recovery, and which position will be safer for him after he fully recovers. IOW, he may be more injury-prone at one position than the other.

RBL seems to be quite successful at acquiring, developing and selling players, while being very competitive in the BL.
Are they making a profit?
Or just pouring the money back into the team?

You blaspheme!
