Ouch. Fulham better pull it together next week

They were the better team, from the extended periods I watched closely, and just couldnt finish. 1-0 certainly isnt insurmountable heading back to the Cottage.

Up or down, pyro is dangerous.
33 years ago yesterday was Bradford City:

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

That Bradford City fire was crazy, never heard of it, thanks for sharing Jake.

Sometimes I think the entire Red Bull existence has been some 19 year old kids football manager save file he only plays when he comes home drunk. - 'Mibabalou'

Happened outside of London, so quickly forgotten.
People in the USA cannot envision the squalor of the industrial cities of the Midlands, from their beginnings in the mid-1800s, even into the present.

This is the big reason I wasn't one of the people amused at what happened at RFK last year. I just thank God that it was in an area with plastic seats because you know what all the seats above it were made of? Rotting desiccated wood. If those had caught fire I don't even want to think about how horrible it could've been.

A small fire can become a conflagration very quickly. Plastic seats will also burn, and create toxic smoke.
Most of those who perish in these situations die from smoke inhalation, while trying to escape in a panic, along confusing ramps and tunnels, which describes RFK.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

All very good points, and the plastic seat did indeed catch fire. But it blows my mind that the stadium is allowed to be opened with those rotten wooden seats because they are 100% a fire hazard. All it would take is a stray cigarette and you could have a disaster.
