Don't you get your tickets for being a business partner?

Barter isn't comp.

I don't think they do those small biz partnerships anymore, we haven't done it with them since 2007 anyway.

Then why do you continue to sell and promote their gear?

I'm not a Liverpool fan either, but we stock lots of LFC stuff. It's business.

Supply and demand, if nobody wanted it, we would stock it.

Do as I say, don't do as I do.

One thing that has been constant from this team's beginning is exagerating expected game attendance. I remember in 2002 the doubleheader with Equador where the Port Authority didn't have enough busses because they had been lied to so many times about expected attendance. It was a giant clusterfuck to say the least. If they actually sold 23,00 tickets I'd be shocked.

Ah, I see, so LFC and RBNY are of the same category. This concession of yours I will not doubt.

I made a conscious effort this year not to dwell over attendance for the first few games and not engage in many discussions on it, but I just couldn't help it. I do not believe that there could be anywhere close to 23,000 people here on Sunday. They may claim it, but there won't even be 16,000 either. There are tickets available in all LOWER bowl sections that I tried except 126. Keep in mind that lower bowl was never available online in the first 2 years of RBA. And I am talking Rows 4, 5, 11. Now, there is a chance that there are seats in Rows 4 and 5, but nothing above them as they are cheaper and the best seats will be sold to walk-ups. If so, then Heck's strategy will look like success. However, somehow I doubt it because all corner sections except the 223 (Arsenal fans?) and 229 are totally empty.

Well, if you hate the team you supposedly support and want them not to succeed, that's kind of the opposite of the definition of a fan.

It's obvious why they continually pull this shit but it really is so obnoxious and it doesn't seem to have ever worked.

Is there anyone on here that seriously thinks they've sold that many tickets thus far?
