----------------------
The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which "unskilled people reach erroneous conclusions and make unfortunate choices but their incompetence robs them of the metacognitive ability to realize it." The unskilled therefore suffer from illusory superiority, rating their own ability as above average.

Cheapest I could find so far is on priceline on Delta for $585.
Westjet flies there for $329, but everything is arriving the next morning.
About a 7 hour flight from LA to Montreal.

I took a look at Westjet earlier, and I'm pretty sure they all had layovers in other Canadian cities.Just looked at airfare, and it's pricy.

EDIT: It's really too bad that the Red Bull game wasn't scheduled close to the Montreal game. One way flights to NYC are 139 on Jet Blue in May, with a $66 train ride to Montreal.

In reverse no less. The game is Saturday May 12th. While the game vs Red Bull is scheduled the Saturday prior, it's actually here in LA
EDIT: Vancouver and Portland are 4 days apart in July again
Train-ville?
Pancakes, whiskey and gay hotels?
