Time to move on from this fucking Revs game. The XI absolutely has to be:

--------Angel--------------Woly-----
--------------------------------------------
--Hall---Lindpere---Tchani/Ubi---Garcia---
------------------------------------------------
---Borman---Whocaresthey'llfuckupanyways---
-----------------------------------------------------
------------------Sutton---------------------------

Hans just needs to simply play the guys that are the most in form right now. And of that, play the freshest of those players from our limited availability.

I'm not saying that we drop Coundoul, but I wouldn't mind Sutton getting nod for Wednesday. Here's my hopeful line-up based on available players:

--------------------Sutton-------------------

Albright-----Petke-------Ream-----Borman

Garcia-------Tchani-----Ubi-------Lindpere

-------------Woly-------Angel---------------

......and here is what I think Backe will run out:

-------------------Coundoul------------------

Albright------Petke------Ream-----Borman

Ubi--------Stammler----Lindpere----Hall

-----------Richards------Angel-------------

No it doesn't.

I'd rather see:

-------------- JPA ------------- Dane/Woly -------------

Lindpere ------ Ubi ---------- Tchani ---------- Garcia

Borman --------- Ream ------ Petke --------- Albright

What ever happened to Agudelo and why is Richards suddenly a striker when we have Chinn and Woly in the wings (err on the bench)?

If you don't trust in Woly or Chinn to play a whole game, start one up top and sub the other one in later on. Both have proven themselves up top this season, Richards... not so much.
Why Soccer is better than Baseball:

Soccer is a game about a group of people working together to protect and obtain a common goal.

Baseball is a game with a bunch of babies just trying to run "home" and be "safe"

Pace. Backe is a firm beliver in a Target/Pace combination up top.

I don't its so much of a question of trust to play up top, but rather BAcke feeling Richards attributes better fit what he wants to see in that forward position.

you're very confident in our back 4 to have a starting lineup without a keeper

Now it's the RedBulls fans. they may be even louder than the DC guys who, for reasons beyond imagining, had 50 seats saved for them up front.

Philadelphia: I love you guys, really, but you're getting schooled.

The noise in here is deafening.

It's quite frustrating to watch some of these defensive, little creative lineups put out by Backe to be honest.

------------------- JPA -----Chinn--------

Lindpere -------Ubi-------- Tchani ---------- Garcia

Borman --------- Ream ------ Petke --------- Albright
------------------------Coundoul------------------

No Richards, I like it. Woly or Chinn definitely deserve a start so I'm good either way there. Houston lost to Philly at home last night so lets get them while their on the ropes and remind everyone whose house it is.

Lindpere at leftmid.

We've seen Borman, Miller, Stammler, Neilson, Hall, Ubi and Kandji at leftmid. But not Lindpere.

Lindpere was brought in to play leftmid, but never has (except for pre-season).

Leftmid has been the gaping hole that's never been filled since DVDB was abandoned

So yes...let's see Lindpere at leftmid.

what's nielson's deal? is he available for this game?
"I'm sure we won't hear much from [Philly] because of the quality of our fans, of how loud and how boisterous they are," Petke said. "They're probably going to drown them out. But I welcome it. I love it..."
