Injuries happen and we don't wanna be caught being unprepared in case it happens.

they should've thought about that when Baah got injured or all those times that we had to play an outside back as a CB.

RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig and Celenio Eleazar.

RIP Cesar Castello, Mike Vallo, Glenn Stampiglia, Bob Paquette, and Warren Lee

Does it even matter? How often are MLS starting goaltenders injured for long stretches of time? I bet this guy barely plays for the first team, just how Meara barely did when Robles was here.

Ryan Meara barely played because of a long stretch injury to Ryan Meara.

This team is going to suck next year anyway, so if we lose a few games because of a lousy backup GK, it really won't matter.

What a ray of sunshine you are!

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Yeah, Meara has shown a tendency to get injured so his backup in this case matters big time.

I'm extremely pessimistic about the direction of this team.

When you're fourth on the totem pole for a global soccer organization, it's not gonna be fun.

I'd scoop up Juan Agudelo or Joao Plata given our current forward situation.

Cody Cropper or former Red Bulls Alex Horwath, Caleb Patterson-Sewell as a backup goalkeeper?

Agudelo doesnt fit this system at all and he's just not a good player in my opinion.  Plata could make some sense.   Players like Higuita as a 6 and maybe Abdul-Salaam as outside back depth.

I would take Ousted and let him start over Meara.

The players available: (obviously we cannot choose one of ours)

Miguel Ibara? PLATA? wouldn't mind trying out a veteran as a bench player, pushing the actual starters to keep their jobs.

Juan Agudelo and/or Joao Plata both would be good pickups , not sure about Agudelo's salary.   Agudelo would be an upgrade over any of our 3 forwards

Based on what? White outpaced Agudelo's best season in GPG before his injury. Granted, he's mostly been playing wing for NE, but no reason to think he's score more up top.
