Somebody had to start it!
8 matches played on Leap Year Day.
Of our Eastern rivals, ATL & Montreal won.
Toronto & ORL tied, DC, NE & PU lost.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Robles just got chipped from 25 yards out by Vela. Gotta say he looks a ton less mobile - barely left his feet. I think the team did the right move going in a new direction

Seemed fine on the reflex save in the first 5 mins. Tough one for him there, but it was a perfect shot and you can't do anything about height.

I'm perfectly fine with NYRB moving on from Robles, and like having a 6'5" guy in there for a change, but calling Luis done based on a wonder goal from Vela seems harsh.

It was less about not getting to the ball, more about reflexes and lack of any hops to get off his feet. Looked like Timmy out in Trinidad a few years ago.

Philly Union have a different logo on away kit:

While their bread maybe baked by bimbos,
I doubt that any is hand-made by artisans.

Quite a game in LA: https://m.youtube.co...h?v=1PQinutvwvU

Pretty sure Artesano is just a brand in the Bimbo empire.....like Entenmann's

Not named after Joe Artesano, though.
Or made by hand, with a little drama:

Thanks for highlighting that, made me watch the whole video. Impressive power and accuracy, shades of Ronald Koeman there.
