Early on? Could be the case. Wouldnt be surprised.
As it goes on the heat will get us too. Just like sprinting all season has caught up to us in the playoffs before.
Im not a fan of the Red Bull global system of soccer. IMO talent wins. Not systems.
Meh, it's a combination. If it was only talent wins, one of Petke's teams should have at least made a final. We were the most talented team in the East and arguably the whole league. I know Spain and Germany were possibly the most talented teams for each of their most recent World Cup wins, but both teams relied heavily on systems.
Our problem is we have the system, but only with middling talent.

Talent wins without a system. Systems dont win without talent.
Both can create success and both can elevate the other. As with anything, there needs to be a balance, as well as a certain level of quality in place for both.

Our strickers:
We are stricken.
We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Systems create talent.

Create? Develop, possibly.

agree, I was wishing they could have gone out and signed someone in their prime this team was very BWP dependent... And with the right guy they can go right back to the level they were at before Armas took overBrian White is a nice player.
Tom Barlow is a borderline MLS player.
Mathias Jorgensen is alive?
WTF, Hamlett?

Unforgivable there was never a high quality replacement for Bradley.
We spent 2 Mil on his replacement! You have no confidence in Matty Ice?

Maybe the HQ makes them budget but no one buys that when you are own by a worldwide conglomerate... They want a second coming of BWP that was pure luck that it worked out that well.... They have to just try for another TH14 or JPA...

Its pretty amazing, he is so bad that instead of fairly labeling him a major bust, fans literally just forget he's even on the team instead
