Josef Martinez got injured in Atlanta's game today against San Jose.

Sending my thoughts and prayers.

With Josef out and LAFC going flat in the west, things are lining up for NYCFC to make a run.  Sickening thought.

Optimistically I could write the same for us but not feeling it.  Here's hoping.

So we're in the playoffs. Do we celebrate?

Sigh of relief?

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

4th gives us a home game, then a trip to wherever BoyCity will be playing.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

4th gives up a home game, then a trip to wherever BoyCity will be playing.

I'd take a home match against DC and an "away" match to City as a path to the conference final.

Not that I have confidence in this team winning out, but...

one and done. and the off-loading begins from players to the coaching staff. really not gonna buy a "hey, we made it to the playoffs" speech.

mind you, this is how i though 08 would go, a quick elimination by defending champ HOU. sure seemed that way when the home leg was 0-0 at Giants Stadium.

ya never know. JCO was a maligned coach, it took the players to come together and do a job. and this was after selling Jozy mid-season.

RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig and Celenio Eleazar.

RIP Cesar Castello, Mike Vallo, Glenn Stampiglia, Bob Paquette, and Warren Lee

Id bet good money on this scenario playing out.

Cant wait for the next town hall after that...
