With the announcement of this Glitch kit, they said it's the new secondary jersey. When you go to the team store, it lists the white jersey as the 2019 first kit and the red one was the 2018 secondary jersey. Did we seriously get rid of the red jersey already? Pretty disappointed about that. Maybe I'm wrong?

The guess here is red is still our first and the matches we wore the white lazer design last year will now be replaced with this glitch grey. The cynic in me says well try to force the glitch grey a few more times since its the new kit to sell better.

My guess is we first wear glitch grey away at Chicago

we'll probably wear glitch against other red teams.  rbny had a picture on instagram and they had both red and grey jerseys on display, so i dont think they got rid of it yet

The email I got today says that the grey is the new primary.

Edit: I think the problem is just that (as usual) the MLS site is stupid, and is calling the grey kits white.

Double Edit:  If you look at your screen at an angle, you can see the "glitch" effect on the white jerseys that they show on the site.  It's just a terrible image and it doesn't help since the site also calls it white.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

The red jersey isn't going anywhere. The jerseys are always on a 2 year cycle.

The "primary" and "secondary" aspects are just names and really don't matter.

The red will be worn the vast majority of the games and they will use the new grey ones when they can't wear the reds.

For the 2020 season the current red jerseys will be replaced... Most likely with another variation of a red jersey.

Some serious shrinkage on display for the spring and fall games might not help the boys' confidence.

All I want is a long-sleeve jersey that doesn't cost $200 with customization. Crazy that they're never available.

Not sure. The day an MLS team releases a replica long sleeve instead of authentic is the day I'll start thinking about it.

Well before I posted this thread, I looked to see if one had already been started about the new Glitch kit. There wasn't one, so I started a new post. But thanks for taking the time to offer your insights.

the title 2019 Jersey is too confusing.  Or maybe there was a glitch in the link!

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.
