I mean its a lose lose situation. You tell him in advance and then he posts a video everyone is upset and you have no explanation you do it now its short notice. Either way you are going to have backlash they went with the rip the band aid approach and my guess they dont really care that people 90% of whom if not more dont listen to any of his broadcasts are upset

Who cares if people that are upset listen to his broadcast. Its no way to treat people, especially a person who is passionate about the team and has been affiliated with the organization for over 20 years.

I honestly wasn't directing any snark at you. That small phrase just rung true to me, as it does much of this fanbase. I understand it wasn't the point of your post.
