Wow, out of nowhere. Who saw this coming?

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

Why are you bothered by this? With all the rumored names this was probably the best possible outcome.

Julen Lopetegui asked about the job and they told him nah, this better work out. Dude hasn't won a thing. Can't wait to see Trapp be in over his head at midfield for the nxt year.

the only issue i have with this is that Trapp will see a ton of playing time.  our midfield should be anchored by Adams + Mckennie, with a 3rd attacking minded central mid (someone like Nagbe).  Trapp should be reserved as a backup.

What he has done in Columbus with that budget and the most awful toxic situation imaginable is nothing short of remarkable. I can't overstate just how amazing him keeping the team from completely falling apart the last two seasons was, I'd argue it was among the greatest coaching jobs in league history.

I'm out of likes, but yeah I'm not enthused about the prospect of Trapp being a fixture in the team, let alone the captain.

Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.
