some of the merch just isn't worth spending. the training tops, either with short sleeve or sleeveless, are more than decent. hope that stuff is the stuff Fish's referring to.

As opposed to the 87 RBNY fans at the stadium nowadays?

Don't matter if you remember or not, if you were there or not, rb era shit is just ugly, plain and same every fucking year.

Sometimes I think the entire Red Bull existence has been some 19 year old kids football manager save file he only plays when he comes home drunk. - 'Mibabalou'

definitely stuff that isn't all that much to write home about. some of the track jackets have looked nice.

assholes.

I'll continue to wear my old Metro gear, anyway.

But new gear would have been nice. But god forbid we relive our  "history"

losers.

I have various retro gear, most of it never worn if anyone is interested. I also have signed/framed jerseys like the original away Metrostars jersey with a bunch of autographs (including Carlos Alberto Perrera), an official Clint Mathis signed jersey (framed), a signed soccer ball with various players. Only problem is I am in Delray Beach, Florida so shipping may be tough on the framed items. But I got a ton of authentic jerseys, mainly from the 1990 hardly or never worn. Hit me up if you're interested. Also got one of those McDonalds scarfs along with other teams.

I'm interested depending on price of things.

Even if its 87 guys, thats 87 people trying to pay you for team gear. Mitchell & Ness take the risk by creating the inventory, RB just cashes a check when it gets sold. That they wont take free money unless it is on their terms is another reminder that they do not give a shit about you- 87 or not.

Please sell this club you embarrassing assholes.

If anyone is interested I still have several signed I Heart NY Clint Mathis signed tee shirts.

I have been waiting for the market to change before I sell these, so get them while they are still undervalued   lolz

I used to have a couple of funny things here but I can no longer find them.

Team sources tell me that #RBNY will have 2020 merch that pays homage to the team’s history. In addition, sources tell me that the team will be taking a more active role in branded merch design moving forward. - Mark Fishkin

Well we already know the jersey is black with the 3 red stripes. The STH cap has a flag with quadrants from the Metrostars crest. I'm thinking this means we'll just more red/black themed stuff. But like Metrofanatic^ said, it will probably all have the Red Bull logo.

All this means is that they'll ask the branding people who write up what everything symbolizes to say that the Adidas stripes are a homage to Metro.  There you go, that's probably it.

Frankly, since I am merely a fan and a not a fancy American soccer writer, I'm going to congratulate Wright-Phillips on a well hit goal. If I was an American soccer writer, I'd claim that the recently retired Henry was wearing an invisibility cloak and carried the ball into the net for the obviously unskilled Wright-Phillips.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

So these motherfucks who purchase a team years ago refuse to recognize history of the club.  Fuck red bull!  :)+
